Gas converter Yatagan “Side”

The device is designed for sites where it is necessary to clean emissions from the kitchen, but there is no possibility to accommodate a full-size air purification device. Scimitar "Side" is a wall-mounted exhaust hood connected to the exhaust ventilation duct and equipped with a complete air purification system (smoke, grease, odors). The elements of the air purification system are housed in a flat housing located along the wall. The width of the body is equal to the width of the exhaust hood, the depth of the body is no more than 250 mm. Thanks to this design, the Yatagan “Side” apparatus can be placed in any kitchen.

• The “Side” scimitar is a compact model and contains four stages of air purification:

- grease labyrinth filter,
- tubular electrostatics,
- plasma cleaning,
- final cleaning section.
