The complex apparatus Yatagan “Single ZE” is designed for installation in kitchens and purification of air contaminated as a result of the use of PCM (combi ovens).
The purified air is discharged at the bottom of the device.
Does not require connection to exhaust ventilation.
The main advantage of this model is that it purifies the air in the kitchen from characteristic odors, does not require connection to exhaust ventilation and does not depend on the presence of sufficient air flow into the room.
