LimeSoft DCU

Data Acquisition Module (Data Logger) DCU is software designed to continuously run and collect data. It can be installed on a standard PC or on an embedded computer located near the data measurement point (e.g., in a shed or cabinet, on a DIN rail or on a panel) for direct interface to the equipment. It features a user-friendly touchscreen graphical user interface that can be used to view data as well as check device status and diagnostic information.

Communication capabilities
The DCU can connect to one or more devices simultaneously using Ethernet or a serial network. The application supports Modbus, OPC and a number of other communication protocols.

Data storage and data redundancy
DCU can store data in multiple databases simultaneously. Data can be stored on local or remote servers. In addition to the main storage, the application stores a copy of the data locally to ensure data security and integrity.

Calibration tracking and reporting
DCU has superior calibration management, tracking and reporting capabilities. The application can automatically control solenoid valves, determine gas stability, calculate calibration deviations, report calibration results and errors.
The curve fitting algorithm is used to determine when the actual response value during a gas calibration is close to the expected target value, to calculate the drift and quickly move to the next step. This allows gas cylinders to last longer and saves time.

Diagnostics and control
Additional diagnostic information can be obtained from devices to monitor the health and performance of equipment. Values ​​such as internal temperatures, mechanical and physical properties, critical and non-critical error status information can be obtained periodically to assist users in early fault detection and preventative maintenance.
The DCU can also provide PLC-like capabilities to control solenoid valves, perform check valves, or flow switching.
