Depending on the application, gas analyzers are available to monitor SO2, NOX, CO, CO2, O2, NH3, HCl, HF, TOC, H2O and Hg. In conventional energy applications, water is usually separated from the flue gas sample being monitored, so the sample gas is cold
and dry.

Typically the MGA 12 analyzer is used.
